Special Veg. Ltd is a horticultural exports company from Kenya. We have a unique approach to this business, since one of our sister companies is one of the main suppliers in the whole industry for the major export products from Kenya, i.e. fine beans and mangetout.
Though relatively new, our company has been boosted by the drive that is prevalent in our staff, and the vigor in which we conduct our activities towards the satisfaction of our customers in terms of Quality, Cost and Service.

It is our mission to satisfy our customers by supplying high quality horticultural produce ...handled under sanitary conditions by highly qualified and motivated staff.
Goals
To increase sales volume from 60 MT per month to 120 MT per month.
To retain skilled, competent and motivated staff.
To source farmers/suppliers with the best quality produce and negotiate steady supplies at efficient cost.
To achieve certifications of conformance to food safety systems both in our farms and our packing facility, namely EUREP GAP and BRC.
To specialize in selling specific products thereby becoming a market leader in a niche market.
To improve our customer relations in terms of communication, volumes and future planning.
To improve produce quality and packaging, product value addition and diversification..
To fulfill every customer order on time.
